During the summer, rainfall transforms the parched earth, storm clouds soften the light, the days are longer and there is less dust. With less vegetation in the dry winter months, visibility increases and animals are drawn to water sources, yielding up-close photo opportunities.

From picnic lunches and game drive snacks to boma dinners and barbecues under the stars, every ingredient is ethically sourced and represents the best of local, seasonal produce.
